Kaitlin McCallion is 18 years old and will be graduating this spring from FCC with an A.A in Theatre.
Alongside her plethora of theatrical endeavors, Kaitlin is an avid reader and enjoys creative writing in her free time. Her short story “Poison for Poison” was featured as an editor’s pick in the college’s literary magazine, The Tuscarora Review, in the spring of 2018 and she has been on the dean’s list for four consecutive semesters. She was previously a member of The Commuter staff in the fall of 2018 and is excited to be working on the newspaper again as Co-Editor.
Kaitlin will be attending Marymount Manhattan College in the fall to pursue Theatre and English. She is a storyteller at heart and loves finding connections between unlikely people. She hopes her continued work with The Commuter is able to inspire students and faculty alike and provoke interest in the fascinating world that lies waiting to be discovered around them.
